
Laura is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who earned her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from Wheaton College. She deeply enjoys partnering with women navigating anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, relational challenges, infertility, pregnancy and postpartum struggles, and grief or loss
Additionally, Laura brings many years of specialized experience working with adolescents and families. Using a highly collaborative approach, she guides families through challenges such as ADHD, depression, anxiety, OCD, divorce, and school or behavioral issues. Laura loves helping parents “fine-tune” their parenting strategies, always recognizing and honoring the unique needs and personality of each child.
Driven by a passion for protecting youth mental health, Laura has extensive training and continuing education in digital health and technology addiction. She regularly conducts educational workshops and serves as a community ambassador for ScreenStrong, a national non-profit dedicated to helping families prevent and reverse childhood screen addiction. more about ScreenStrong Laura is deeply committed to educating parents about the profound impact of toxic screen usage on emotional, physical, and behavioral health.
When she isn’t in the counseling room, Laura loves spending time with her husband and their three daughters, cooking up new recipes, and playing pickleball.
